I had the same issue abut the fourth year. The geometry changes and binds up over time - or it could have been when I dragged the hitch up a steep driveway. I ended up using a chain and a tree and almost pulled the frame off my truck getting th3e darn thing out until I loosened the bolts and let the angles move independently. Took me a while to figure it all out. Now that I know it's not a big deal if I have to loosen them again.
