Suspension problem after axle relocation (flip) need help

Hello,

I got my axle relocation completed last weekend, but only got it down off the blocks and back on the tires today.

For some reason, my spring shackels/spring equalizer plates are not sitting level the way they used to.

I tried jacking it back up, but the equalizers seem to want to sit this way. Both sides look exactly the same.

Here's a picture of what I'm referring to:



Can anyone shed any light as to what is going on or what I did wrong? I followed the instructions and everything went well so I have no idea how to correct this issue.

Any help or suggestions would be very much apprecaited!

    Easy way to resize pics: Enter "500" in width box when you paste image URL in. (Or any number up to 640)

    First size the pictures so they can be view on something smaller than a 50 inch screen…

    Then mount the shackles on both side in the up position…

    Jack the frame up. Pull the center bolt out. Lower the frame enough to allow fitup with the equalizers up and install bolt.

    Yes.. thats correct...but I had it that way when I put it back together...when I jacked it up to put the tires back on....it went that way for some reason?

    I dont know how to correct it?

    Your shackle on the left side (picture) of the equalizer is on the wrong side. The spring should be above the equalizer like it is on the other side.

    I added a thumbnail, and deleted the large view .

    If you click on the thumbnail it will take you to photobucket and there is a normal sized image there. I don't know to post a normal size image here, just the big one and the thumbnail. Sorry.

    Your picture is way too big. Please resize per the forum guidelines (640x480) so we can make it out better.
