Nope. That is a normal trunnion style WD hitch. If it were a Dual Cam there would not be any chains attached to the WD bar. You can see the chain attached to the bars. On the Dual Cam system, the chains are attached or fastened to the cams, not the bars, in both the new and old style systems. I blew up the picture much larger than shown to see the bars.

That is a duel cam, you can see the cam on the frame if you look left of the tires on the front a frame.
Yep, you may be correct. That does look like a Dual Cam arm. I don't understand the chains in the picture then. They should be attached to the cams arms. The Dual Cam system does not use chains that are fastened to the bars. What is that thing hanging down on the right attached to the chain? It sure looks like a trunnion WD bar to me.
