I know everyone has their opinions, and that's fine. My take is this: you have to pass a test to get a driver's license. You have to pass another test to get a cycle endorsement. Another for a chauffeur's license. Even more to get a cdl. Yet anyone with that lowest driver's license can go hook up a 5 or 6 ton, 30' brick with no training, experience or testing required. I think that speaks volumes to many of the rv accidents/incidents we hear and see about.
having a license to RV is not going to stop Rv accidents.
All the training and licenses in the world are not going to help you if a wind storm picks up, blown tire, 2000lb moose jumps in front of you, black ice and you lose control. I believe there would be 1000 of well experienced veteran OTR drivers that have accidents.
