having a license to RV is not going to stop Rv accidents.
All the training and licenses in the world are not going to help you if a wind storm picks up, blown tire, 2000lb moose jumps in front of you, black ice and you lose control. I believe there would be 1000 of well experienced veteran OTR drivers that have accidents.
Duh! We're not talking about eliminating all accidents. By your logic no one should need a license for anything. Driving, hunting, doctor, lawyer - just go do it. Wow! That would be awesome!
I've been on black ice more than once where the trailer was perpendicular to the lane dragging the ass of the truck around. I knew what to do to control that and straightened it out in a couple seconds. Let's see some inexperienced driver do that.
