Nothing wrong with towing an ultralite with a half ton truck or SUV. A lot of people get hung up on trailer length. Experience and the right trailer towing equipment is what is important here.
I think it was likely driver inexperience or error that caused this - not the TV.
I agree. You almost have to look at Ultra Lights when you have a half-ton. JUst got done towing mine (Eclipse Milan) 8,300 coast to coast and it's still in one piece!
