Switch on 1998 Coleman

Just bought a 1998 Coleman Cheyenne and there is a switch on the wall under a bed very near the kitchen that I can't seem to figure out. When it's on the switch lights up red. There is no water pump (it's a hand pump), there isn't a water heater and it doesn't turn any lights on. The back of the switch is inside the wall so there is no way to trace where the wires go.

Any thoughts on what this my be for would be greatly appreciated!
