Switching from lug bolts to studs and lug nuts

I have a '76 Prowler travel trailer that has lug bolts to hold the wheels on. It's a bit of a pain to get the wheel lined up and then get the bolt started. The hub is integrated into the drum. I'm ...

There's your solution, or just cut the heads off two proper sized bolts. Use them as guides to line up your three (or more) bolts, then pull them for the last two bolts. We used to do that for manifolds, pans, heads, rears and other units that were had to start the first bolts.
