Ranger was developed and designed by the Ford Design and Development Centre in Broadmeadows Melbourne, your Ranger appears to have a 2.3 Ecoboost, less options and lower GVWR. US Ranger was also developed and designed here. Ford does not produce vehicles anymore in Australia but has a Global design centre. Most touring/ towing speeds are 60-70mph, best compromise over long distances
