Synthetic oil
I have a 2005 Dodge 1500. 5.7L Hemi. It has 73000 miles on it. I have kept the oil changes and maint. Very current. I am thinking of changing to a synthetic oil for my next oil change. Is it wort...

Now to the OP, I'm a firm believer in synthetic oil, but generally the first oil change and every oil change after. Not sure if it would be as great a benifit with your miles. Now if you live in the Cold North, synthetic is great for starting on those cold below zero mornings.
