Synthetic Oils
Just had a question for you folks. When is it ok to change out the old dino oil and replace it with synthetic? I just changed our oil at about 10,000 miles, second change, and wonder if I should loo...

Even over at "bobistheoilguy" the conventional wisdom is your motor will not last any longer using synthetic over conventional. As long as you use the right spec.
And if you look at fleet stats that holds true. The California Hwy Patrol uses reclaimed oil for 100K, then taxi fleets buys those cars and put another 100K on them.
