Bob sells synthetic lubricants and is not by any stretch of the imagination an unbiased source of information.
I go by they practices of fleet operators who have the same considerations of costs versus benefits only on a larger scale.
There are hundreds of UOA on bobistheoilguy.com done by individuals who have no interest on anything other than to see how their own oil is doing. You can certainly derive some good information there.
