Works better than any clips you will ever have. And will fit any thickness of table. Put one on each end, tuck the under side in too so it won't flop in the wind. Easy peesie.
Then, from the bungie cord, you can hang a plastic grocery bag and use it for trash. This way, used paper napkins, and even used paper plates won't fly away in the wind when everyone gets done eating. Each person simply puts their paper plates in the bag ... Done!
