Almost ordered this from Amazon priced at $42.53 and free shipping with Smile account...but...just back from loading up an approx 300 lb outdoor work bench given away free
To heavy to put it in myself and the guy giving it away free and I got it up to the tailgate edge and then slid it in the rest of the way...metal with cast iron casters...would have cost me several hundred bucks to make my own
No way could we have done that with this ladder. To bad, really wanted to have this now that am 69 and getting tougher to climb in. Still can do, but prep for the years ahead...
Oh well, going to buy a small step ladder and figure out HOW2 keep it in the bed for those times...maybe find one that will fit on the side, out of the way
{edit}...just watched that video again...oh yeah !!!! the ladder section can be removed...but the bracket stays on the tailgate...maybe will order this after some more noodling
