Like others have mentioned, did it sway before you flipped the axles?
I like you, still have some sway in wind and with passing cars. Nothing I would consider unsafe, or that would cause me to lose control. I started towing with an Expedition EL, but quickly upgraded to a F250. My trailer is 36ft and weighs in the 9200lbs range. The f250 is much better, but I still am required to be on edge when towing (not white knuckle, but hyper aware) and it is tiring. After my most recent trip to FL (1950 miles round trip), I decided to bite the bullet and get a ProPride. It hasn't come in yet, but it was either that for upgrade to a FW.
I suppose there is a reason FW's are so popular (3 to 1 based on my anecdote), but the trailer we have works really well for our family. I am optimistic that the ProPride will be just the ticket, but who knows.
