Like others have mentioned, did it sway before you flipped the axles?

This what you need to know before you go buy a new hitch which you probably do not need.
Most of the time, it's a weight distribution issue (tongue weight).
or a tire problem on the TT or TV. It makes sense to know how your rig towed prior to the axle 'flip' or whatever you had done to alter it.
When you raised the height of the TT, you altered the center of gravity.
You might feel crosswinds and passing trucks more so. If that's what you are feeling, it might not be sway that you are experiencing. It might be an exaggeration of what we consider to be 'normal movement'.
