Taken all the steps to prevent sway. Still swaying. Help!

I'm out of ideas and need help. I have been camping for 8 years in a pop up, and just upgraded to out first TT. I should mention that I drive pretty large commercial vehicles with buckets and outrigge...

I have found that the higher the front end is from level, the lower the speed at which it will sway.
The very first thing I would do is make sure the trailer sits flat or slightly nose-down.
