I have an '09 5.4 F150. I changed my plugs at around 92K. For me, it was fairly easy. Just take it slow. I had to use a small step stool to be able to reach in to the engine compartment. Did not break any plugs. After removing the COP, I used compressed air to blow out the dirt before removing the plug. After removal, I carefully vacuumed out the hole with a length of vinyl hose shoved into the end of the vacuum crevasse tool. I replaced the OEM plugs with Champions.
