The washer colors are not true, just the lighting or reflection. Both are the same color.
I think the big "plus" and "negative" signs will suffice. Problem with colors is that in a camper white is ground and black is positive and red is anything the manufacturer wanted. In the truck black is ground and red is positive and white is just a color in the rainbow wiring harness spectrum. I would hate a car person to get confused with colors thinking campers and cars are the same.
