1. Get front and rear axle weights when loaded and and unloaded to see what is going with weight distribution.
2. If you go into the Ford loading guides for truck campers, you will see that there is a range of acceptable area for the COG. Ideally over or forward of the axle is better, but it is not a set requirement.
3. The F250 is disadvantaged when carrying weight over a F350 because the rear sits 2" lower even with the same springs due to a shorter axle block. This means you will have to get the suspension to load up sooner so the truck stays level. The easiest is to use StableLoads by Torklift so your overload springs engage sooner.
4. The F250 has an optional camper package that gives it the upper overload spring and anti-sway bars on the front and rear. If you do not have this package, look into aftermarket products to do the same.
5. Too bad you sold the car hauler. It would have been a perfect way to transport your Jeep. If you flat tow, I would suggest a toad braking system. If you go with a dolly, make sure it has brakes.
My camper and trailer are both heavier than what you have and mine does well, but you will need to add some items to your setup.
