The TC oven is not to be feared. We use it for everything. Roasts, baked potatoes, corn bread, scones, squash, quiche,just got a small sized baking tray I plan to use for pizza. The Essential bread is good stuff. Imagine that hot out of the oven with butter melting on it. What a treat that would be up in the hills. Use that to make some awesome french toast. We're still looking at doing Thanksgiving out of the TC this year. Just need to pick a spot to go. The coast is all booked up so trying to find an inspiring alternative.
