How do you get it back in place when you can't reach into the arm to hold the washer thing in place? We finally got it back in position but it took a good 30 minutes of fighting.
When that happened to me I took the bottom of the arm off the trailer attachment and then the inside piece fell out. It was easy to start the knob and then slide the whole thing into place.
