Texas doesn't have the crazy laws that California has and Texas is very pro business and doesn't treat their business' like the enemy.

Seven months to build a plant and get it up and running? That seems very aggressive. I have seen manufacturing facilities moved to another building and set up and running in a month. In those cases you are talking about existing infrastructure and capital. Maybe Elon has an assembly line sitting in a warehouse somewhere?!
