I have never driven a Ram 6.4 but I have 11K on my 2015 Chevy 3500 with a 6.0 that I picked up in Feb. I have been pulling 29600 combined for most of this last month (didn't realize it was that much until I went over some scales for the heck of it the other day) and it handles that weight very well. The 6.0 is an old motor compared to the other two, but it flat pulls a load, especially with 4.10's and the 6 speed tranny. The new GM HD's are nice trucks (as are the others I am sure) don't look past the 6.0L.
