It would have been interesting to see a Consumer Reports style mileage compare. One that is not comparing the touchy Ford throttle to the more relaxed Ram. It would be interesting to have them driven side by side. The 2.7 gets mileage, but I wonder how it COMPARES. If that's still allowed.

Already been posted but I am more than impressed with the F-150's and if I were in the 1/2 ton market I would need to look no further than the F-150 with the 2.7. However, I think the Ram is about the best balance of power and economy that anyone could ask for and it seems like a pretty nice truck.
