(I had 2 posts in this thread that were apparently eaten in the server crash. To recap...)
Mock, Many, many congratulations! Big YAY! I know better than most how long you've been thinking about this, and how much research you've done. I think you'll be very happy with your new Tiger. I still smile when I look out the back door at mine, and the smile gets bigger when I fire it up. I really like the improvements that Mark Guild has made to Dave Rowe's original design, but I'm sure glad that I got mine before the price went up.... ;)
Someone upthread mentioned the impossibility of removing a Tiger Ford's cab for repairs (Mock's is on a GM, as I recall). That's Ford's recommended method for some engine repairs, but not the only way.
There are several models of Tiger now. It'll help clarity if folks will specify Bengal TX (like Mock's), similar but lower CX (Tiger 4x4's & mine), hi-tech Malayan (Diplostrat's), or the larger Siberian.
Again, congratulations!
Jim, "Last night I left my laptop on the floor. Then this morning I mistook it for the bathroom scale. Turns out I weigh about $1149."
(on edit: I see that the errant posts have returned...)
