F450 pickups of that gen came with the same tires as F350. 6k front GAWR, 9650 rear GAWR iirc.
Also, payload was lower than an F350 I believe. The only thing they had was a higher towing capacity to compete with Ram.
He's probably close to the rear tire limit of 12,800 lbs. However, that Dana 130 axle itself has plenty of capacity left (16k lbs)
If he had that weight there would be little space from top tire to bottom fender opening UNLESS he was bagged.
I also think you may be high on the tire capacity. Did you figure single or dual ?
