BTW serpentine belts do crack and they will also have chunks come out of them. If you cut one in half the OE and good after market belts have two sets of cords running through them. This will allow them to stay together if a chunk of the pulley side comes off.

Thanks....Yes we made it thru this crazy storm and floods.
I recently inspected my belt and it didn't have any cracks but like transamz9 reported they wear from the inside out which makes sense.
