I don't think you are going to find a load range E LT tire in 15". You'll need to go to 16" for that.
A guess would be that's because most 15" wheels/hubs are 5 lug, so may not be rated for the loads associated with LR E. But that's just a guess.
Having said that, it's true that some 15" are 6 lug ( my new horse trailer has them ).
