That article I posted was written by one of this countries foremost Tire industry analysts, David Shaw who is CEO of Tire Industry Research Corp. in an AMERICAN publication.
The article was ABOUT the Chinese Tire industry. In an American publication intended for American readers.
Perhaps you missed those very obvious points in your careful reading of the material I posted.
