The real mpg numbers will come out when Pickuptrucks.com does their testing. Until then, it's just speculation.
Being that the RAM HD was only marginally behind in mpg (~1 mpg) when tested properly in 2012 numbers (apples to apples), and has had two developments to improve mpg (front axle disconnect and the addition of SCR), I'd be willing to say whatever mpg the new RAM gets, it'll be virtually identical to what the other two are getting with similar power output.
Time will tell.
