Actually in 2012 it was Toyota 2012 Recalls
Maybe 2011? Nope, Honda: 2011 Recalls
Perhaps 2010? Nope. Toyota: 2010 Recalls
Interestingly Chrysler recalled a bunch that year.

So tell me, when in the past 3 years was Ford on top? IIRC, Toyota's "color" is red....
