Jim, You have a great dealer there. You have mentioned what your terms would be. If that dealer has met them, he really wants your "first Refusal" to be meaningful. That is truly admirable.
I think most dealers would say. "Forget him. Lets just sell it to the next guy that is willing to pay through the nose to get into one of the very first 2013 RAMS dually on the lot." And I am willing to bet there are more than one guy walking through his doors that wants that truck. But the dealer is doing his best to keep it for you.
So just think about that. This really could be your truck. It's Karma. And you really can't upset Karma. Not a good idea.
