That's too bad. I know my work Ford has a seal and it still has dust in the fill neck. :E
NCH I believe you when you say it's more quiet than the 12. My guess is because with the urea they can and do make a totally different tune.
Congrats on your new truck. I think you made a great decision on giving up the 12.
