Where did they put the DEF fill? The C&C trucks , the fuel tank is at the rear and the Def fill is right behind the cab. It doesn't look in the picture that the fuel door is large enough to have both fill ups behind it.

When you open the gas cap, (or diesel cap:)), you'll see to fill holes...larger one say's diesel and is green, smaller one is blue and say's DEF on it...but both are in same area when you pop open fuel cap....
