Hold on to it and don't let it out of your sight, if you have a 3500 DRW Mega Cab, even with 3:73 averaging a little better than 16 mpg....don't let go of it. Seems the biggest complaint on these Dodge/Ram trucks since I purchased the 10', was the lousy mpg with the 3500 Duallies compared to what the Chevy's and Ford 3500 Dually's were getting with DEF. I haven't been on any kind of prolonged run with this truck yet and only have around 170 miles on it and getting a little over 15 mpg combined city and highway driving. I had the 2010' for over 2 and a 1/2 years and when towing ran @ 55-62 mph, so not pushing it and when running on Interstate, empty ran at speed limit or 3 mph above, same with the 12', though I only had 3700 miles on it when I got the 13'...never saw 16 mpg and again, I didn't run hard or fast.
Yeah, I wouldn't waste my time on a truck with DEF, not worth it with the mpg your 11 is getting.
