I am heavy. REAL heavy. But all the stuff I bring, I want. So I just got a bigger truck many years ago.
My favorite take on the dry weight thinking:
That is weight everyone can tow.
On an aside: The brochure weight is just an estimate. When building something with as many parts as an RV, there will be many variations in the weight of those parts. What should be accurate is the yellow sticker number.
