Our first TT had a dry listed dry weight of 2700 lbs but actual scale weight was near 3200. When we put stuff in and added a little travel water it was near 4000. We towed it with a V6 Sonoma pickup for two seasons and even took it over the rockies twice. We had used the Sonoma as a toad for our MH,so didn't want to buy a new truck right away when we sold it. Realy never had a problem but it was a lot better when we got a bigger truck and we actually got better gas mileage. Just be aware that your actual wieghts will be hire than what the manufacturer claims. Only way to find out is to put it on a scale.
