The future cost of RV stay
If/when electric tow veh become common what do you think the average RV park will charge for a nights stay if they charge $40 per now?

The EVSE(charger) that I have plugs into the same 50 amp plug as an RV. So as already stated if you are going to be at the campground a while you can charge the TV off the pedestal in the site.
