The EVSE(charger) that I have plugs into the same 50 amp plug as an RV. So as already stated if you are going to be at the campground a while you can charge the TV off the pedestal in the site.
There are some EVSE that can share power and reduce charging speed when multiple vehicles are all charging at once. Changes real time as EVs plug in and again as they finish. 200 amp circuit could supply up to 25 spots if fully utilized. Although right now I believe they just come in sets of 2 to 4.
This is why the EVSE should be campground installed. The user shouldn’t be just allowed to plug in his own EVSE. That way the campground operator can determine the charging current. Better yet let ChargePoint or EVgo look after the administration and hardware maintenance. This is how many casinos, hotels and parking structures do it.
