Exactly what I tell them when Thousand Trails calls about upgrade meeting. "You get rid of leased sites and I might upgrade".
When school is out, we don't do popular areas. No need for reservations when school is in. Very seldom do we make reservations because we don't like traveling on a time schedule.
"The future down the road"... I think next generation won't have as much time on their hands because of retirement programs aren't as good as they used to be and younger ones are not saving enough. So less people competing for same locations. On the other hand if the younger generation voted in some laws to make social security more sustainable or some geriatric medicines no longer covered by insurance that might tip the scales. Fuel prices won't do it. People stay longer at a location, some waiting for their bank account to be loaded up again.
