The economy will fill the need just like it always does. If RV parks become scare and lucrative more will open.
Who would have thought you could sell water? Who would have thought people would play $800.00 to $1000.00 for the convenience of a smart phone?
There is nothing to say that the current RV model will be the same in the future. Those kids who grew up camping in mom and dad's 5ver, my want to try a tent and canoe in the wilderness with their kids.
We have the advantage of retirement so we can traveling in the off season. However, many of the younger folk work from "home", where home is wherever they can get an internet signal.
While it is true that the popular spots are often crowded, we went to Michigan's Upper Peninsula last summer and though the crowded spots were filled. There were always spots down the road between the tourist hot spots.
Time will tell.
