Each and every piece of wooden frame was repaced, including the main beam. We made sure everything was tied back into that beam with screws, plates and the kitchen sink.... And alas I still have sag. It is very perplexing.
We've got maybe an inch or so, its less than what the KIT has. I haven't had a chance to climb back under and see how the steps are attached, as we're considering upgrading to three steps from the original two step it came with, but not certain if we can find a set narrow enough.
