The "Load" part is 90-percent false.
Its the rear axle differential that breaks according to at least one first hand tow driver report.
Adding 300 horsepower to an engine may enable it to climb mountain grades at the posted speed limit without slowing down or overheating.
You can't pigeon hole everyone and all circumstances.
I have yet to find a mountain in North America that my stock duramax/allison with our Lance 1161 won't climb at trhe speed limit... in cruise control. And my wife and I have beed just about everywhere.
And... it gets good mpg doing it.
