Makes electric vehicles very quick off the line.

Lot of people like the RAM EcoD with all its diesel low-rpm HP because it feels quick. And it can beat trucks with more HP over short distances, but then it gets wiped eventually.

Electric motors are perfect for city driving, stop-n-go.

EDIT: and the Tesla EVs do great at the drag strip
