There is a typo: '5) If yes to #3 please provide details' should be '5) If yes to #4 please provide details'. Also, there is twice '1.' As for my details:

1. Some Chinese knock-offs. Can't even remember the name.
1. 3 years old.
2. 3.800 Kms - ~2300 Miles
3. 95Km/H - 60 mph
4. None.
5. N/A
6. Probably not, since I have no idea where to find 'em! I found Maxxis tires though.
