Yes, it is still under warranty but that doesn't negate the fact that it has had over $4k worth in repairs. Repairs are repairs, no matter who is paying for it. I am nervous about owning this truck when the warranty expires.
I would have had that truck lemon lawed, no matter the manufacturer: and would have purchased a truck I could have lived with..You must have a lot of patience...
Why? Unless there is more to the story than that post you cannot just lemon law a vehicle if it has a warranty repair. Diesels and particularly modern diesels are expensive to repair.
It was practically brand new..I'd been mad enough to have tried,,,I don't know what's involved ..Never had that issue..But I'd been mad enough to have tried to find out how to go about it..
