Do your research. State, Federal (and covers a lot of different agencies) and local county and city parks. Many, I probably can say most, have electricity, water and a dump station. Most have shower and bath house facilities, and many states are working to improve those since RV'ing is on the rise and the economy improving.
Check out Allstays, Rvparkreviews, use Google maps to zoom in and look at the layout of the park, go to their website and read it carefully, look it up on ReserveAmerica, where ever you can find info, do it.
Rv's are kinda crappy and the quality control is poor because production is at an all time high. New factories are being built, and they are cranking them out. You just have to deal with it. Hope you are mechanically inclined, I would not be able to get through life if I were not. I often wonder what others do when the mower needs repairs, or the washing machine needs a new belt.
