I think the photos sort of tell a story
A Ducato, Promaster in U.S.

Well this is Australia, the tow vehicle can have a 5,000lb payload and tow this Travel Trailer as well. another Cab Chassis variation of a European Van

    IVECO 70c comes as a 31seat Bus Another variation of the 3 litre Diesel Van

    It is FWD in Europe as well, it's stablemate the IVECO is RWD and AWD. All Cab Chassis's have a 3 litre Diesel

    Those all look like RWD variants to me. The ProMaster is FWD and in the U.S. is single rear wheel only.
