Being in Washington state you should consider looking at Crags list for Spokane and western Montana like Missoula and Kallispel for really good used truck campers at a more reasonable price.Western Montana has some really good used truck campers for sale from time to time.Many under 10K in great condition like the one you sold.
I bought my currant Lance from Hamilton..Well worth the drive and great places to camp on the way back.
Not sure where you're at, but 5ver on land says probably E WA somewhere. Either way, there are deals on used campers, unlike trucks.
Don't obsess about the last deal. Differnet economy, differnet time.
Expand your search both brand and area. Not as many Lances as other more local brands up here. $20k ish will buy you a like new stored inside camper with a slide. Actually way less than that if you find the right deal.
If you're limiting yourself to one or 2 particular models and they're popular but not plentiful you'll pay a premium.
